Did you know…
All our crystals are cleansed and infused with Reiki prior to shipping. You’re encouraged to cleanse your crystals as frequently as you’d like. If you’re using your crystals for meditation, it is recommended that they be cleansed after every session. There are many recommendations out there around how and when to cleanse your crystals, so please choose what fits your beliefs and lifestyle best! Check out our blog for more details.
Due to the natural quality of our crystals, stones may vary slightly in shape, color or pattern.

Shipping Materials
Our shipping materials are as eco-friendly as possible. We re-use shipping materials from our suppliers whenever possible. Our bubble wrap is made of 40% recycled content with up to 20% from post-consumer sources. Our static free organic starch peanuts are biodegradable; they decompose in water leaving no toxic waste and are FDA compliant. When possible, we use water activated kraft paper tape which is naturally a more eco-friendly alternative to plastic tape.
Returns
We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! We offer returns for some of your purchases within 7 days of your purchase date, for a full refund on undamaged/unused items.
Due to the limited inventory and rarity of some of our products, we can not accept returns on any sale products, mists & sprays, hand sanitizers, energy clearing bundles, or dreamcatchers.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be in the original condition. Please contact hello@crystalwellnesscompany.com to begin a return order. Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your money back to your original method of purchase within 48 hours. Please note, returns do take us 3-7 business days to process. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
We offer a 90 day warranty on wellness bracelets. If your bracelet breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. Please email a photo of your piece to hello@crystalwellnesscompany.com within that time period. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.
About our Mists, Sprays & Essential Oil Rollers
Our branded Apothecary items are hand made in small batches in Snoqualmie WA. We partner with FDA certified suppliers on certain products as needed to ensure product safety. We also partner with suppliers who are Leaping Bunny Certified. We are members of PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies Program. All products are made with natural ingredients, vegan, recyclable and reusable packaging, and many certified organic ingredients. Our essential oils, jars, labels, etc. are considered proprietary information - we use and source high quality, clean ingredients and work with companies that uphold the same high standards. Since our products are all-natural, there is a shelf life of up to 12 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they may stay fresher longer.
Our mists have been designed for use as linen sprays, aura sprays and room sprays. Please read & be sure that you have no allergens to any ingredients listed in Mists and Essential Oil Rollers. Crystal Wellness Company is not responsible for any allergic reactions you may have while using these products.
Candle Care
The crystals in our candles should be removed once it begins to be exposed from the soft wax. You may use a small spoon to remove the crystal. You can remove the wax from the crystal once it has hardened.
Wax has memory. The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge. Because wax has "memory," if it is extinguished with a partial pool, that will prevent a full, even pool from forming in the future.
Don’t burn a candle longer than the recommended burn time, which is typically 2-4 hrs at a time max. Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of drafts, pets, or small children.
Candle vessels are usually hot after burning, so allow the wax to cool before handling the vessel. Don’t try to move a vessel while it is lit, or when it has just been blown out.
The wooden wicks used in our candles are Pat. www.lumetique.com/patents. They are toxin free and sourced from FSC certified mills.
Fragrances are produced in compliance with the Standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), and produced by a high quality corporation to ensure that none of the ingredients are toxic or harmful in anyway. There are NO: prop 65 ingredients, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive/organ/acute toxins. They are phthalate free, vegan and cruelty free.
Our ingredients are cruelty-free, vegan, made with high quality blend of phthalate and paraben free fragrance and essential oils. Our wax is made to burn cleanly (meaning it doesn't create harmful, black soot) and is biodegradable, free from toxins, made from vegetables and a renewable source. There are NO: prop 65 ingredients, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive/organ/acute toxins.
How does sizing work for your bracelets?
Our bracelets are sized by the measurement of your wrists. A 6.5” wrist typically wears a 7” bracelet. If you need a different size, you can reach out to hello@crystalwellnesscompany.com - if we have the inventory available we are happy to customize them for you!
Do you have different bracelets for men vs women?
Our bracelets are gender neutral. There is no different sizing for men or women, we simply go by measurements.
Are my crystal bracelets water friendly?
Water and moisture can break down the materials used to create our jewelry pieces, thus we do not recommend that you wear your jewelry in water or get it wet repeatedly. The same holds true with certain crystals, thus we do not recommend that you immerse crystals in water or get them wet repeatedly.
Kids
